dr.xnlb is a digital musician, splicing all his favorite genres into a musical narrative that mere mortals refer to as a ‘dj set’ or a ‘track’. His dj mixes are tounge-in-cheeck self-referencing stories that delight everybody but the people on the dance floor in front of him. His tracks are loop collages he cut and pasted and manipulated in ableton live. he admits that most of his own productions are mixed poorly, but one is catchy enough that a video of it is in the works. His dj mixes are much better, and you should not hesitate to go to one of his semi-infrequent shows. You can rest assured that no one else plays the tracks he does, nor will any other dj challenge not only your musical sensibilities but your entire sense of self.
